Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 lb. can stewed tomatoes

Instructions

  2. Grease a 1-quart baking dish.
  3. Place half of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese in the baking dish.
  4. Cover the cheese with the diced green chilies.
