Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (2 c.) tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can (2 c.) corn
  • 3/4 c. cornmeal or masa harina
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt to taste
  • 1 can whole or sliced olives, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix all and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
