Quick Crab Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. light cream
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Drain
  2. and
  3. flake
  4. the crab.
  5. Beat
  6. together the eggs, cream, onions, wine, salt, dry mustard and tarragon.
  7. Put crab and cheese in the pie shell.
  8. Pour the balance of the ingredients
  9. over the crab and cheese.
  10. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for
  11. 30
  12. to
  13. 35 minutes or until the knife inserted in center, comes
  14. out
  15. clean. Let
  16. stand for
  17. 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
