Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 lb. crawfish tails
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in butter until translucent.
  2. Add cream of mushroom, cream of celery, and tomato soups along with half a can of water from each soup can.
  3. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Add crawfish tails and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve over rice.
