Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soft margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients, except coconut, into a blender in the order given.
  2. Blend for about 1 minute until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a buttered 9-inch pie tin.
  4. Sprinkle coconut on top if desired.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes until set.
