Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/3 cup sandwich spread
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • pinch of sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthways.
  2. Remove the yolks and mash them in a bowl.
  3. Add sandwich spread, mustard, and a pinch of sugar to the mashed yolks; mix well.
  4. Refill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
  5. Garnish with paprika and serve.
