Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup raw Spanish peanuts
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Combine sugars, margarine, and eggs and mix well.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes.
