Creamy ham stroganoff features tender baked ham, mushrooms, and onions in a rich mushroom soup base, finished with sour cream. Perfect for a comforting, quick dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups baked ham, cubed
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounces) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook ham and chopped onion in margarine until onion is tender.
  2. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Just before serving, blend in sour cream.
  5. Heat gently, but do not boil.
  6. Serve on rice, eggbread, or noodles. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
