Quick Ham Stroganoff
Creamy ham stroganoff features tender baked ham, mushrooms, and onions in a rich mushroom soup base, finished with sour cream. Perfect for a comforting, quick dinner.

- Cook ham and chopped onion in margarine until onion is tender.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Just before serving, blend in sour cream.
- Heat gently, but do not boil.
- Serve on rice, eggbread, or noodles. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
