Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • whipped cream or Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  4. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and chopped nuts.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased pie plate.
  6. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 35 minutes.
  7. Cool the pie for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve topped with whipped cream, Cool Whip, or vanilla ice cream.
