Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust or baked pie shell
  • 1 large Cool Whip or 1 pint whipping cream
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 package lime jello
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Place Cool Whip in a bowl and add lemon juice; mix well.
  2. Stir in lime jello and sugar.
  3. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour into a graham cracker crust or baked pie shell.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 2-3 hours.
  6. Taste and add more sugar if needed before serving.
