Quick little pizzas are savory, customizable mini treats featuring seasoned hamburger, melty mozzarella, and tangy pizza sauce on tender biscuit bases, perfect for snacks or casual meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 1 can biscuits
  • pizza sauce
  • mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger meat in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain off any excess fat from the cooked meat.
  3. Flatten each biscuit with your hand until they are thin and round.
  4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each flattened biscuit.
  5. Add a portion of the cooked hamburger meat on top of the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese or other desired toppings.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes, or until the biscuits are browned around the edges.
