Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
  • 1 small can oysters, cut up
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 tall can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • salt and pepper to taste

  2. Add finely chopped celery, oysters, salt, and pepper, and cook until tender.
  3. Add cream of celery soup, evaporated milk, and cold water to the saucepan.
  4. Cook until the soup boils up well, then serve.
