Ingredients

  • green bell pepper
  • cream of mushroom soup
  • unbaked pie shell
  • onion
  • curry
  • celery
  • crawfish tails
  • clove garlic
  • margarine

Instructions

  1. Saute crawfish tails in margarine for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove crawfish tails and set aside.
  3. Add onions, celery, green bell pepper, and garlic to the margarine and saute for 10 minutes.
  4. Season the crawfish, then add to the vegetable mixture along with the cream of mushroom soup.
  5. Cook for at least 20 minutes, adding a little water if the mixture becomes too thick.
  6. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell.
  7. Cover with the top crust and bake in a 300°F oven until browned.
