Tips & Substitutions

For a quicker meal, use pre-cooked pasta or whole grain options. You can substitute the mixed frozen vegetables with fresh seasonal veggies or any leftovers you have. For added flavor, consider including garlic, onion, or your favorite herbs. A sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top can elevate the dish, making it a delightful complement to the light pasta.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this dish warm, garnished with parsley flakes for a fresh touch. It pairs beautifully with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. You can also enjoy it as a light lunch the next day. For a heartier option, consider adding grilled chicken or shrimp for extra protein, making it versatile for any occasion.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, add a splash of water or broth in a microwave-safe dish and cover to keep moisture. Heat in short intervals, stirring occasionally, until warmed through. This method helps maintain the texture of the pasta and vegetables.
