Ingredients

  • 13 lb. sirloin steak
  • 8 oz. can mushroom pieces
  • 2 cans Franco-American beef gravy
  • 1 pkg. wide egg noodles
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Remove fat from the sirloin steak and brown the meat in a skillet.
  2. Cut the steak into bite-size pieces.
  3. Add mushrooms and beef gravy to the skillet and simmer.
  4. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  5. Serve the steak and gravy mixture over the cooked noodles.
  6. Excellent served with rolls and tossed salad.
