Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can unsweetened crushed pineapple
  • 3 1/2 oz. package pistachio pudding
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup small marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed pineapple and pistachio pudding until well combined.
  2. Add the lemon juice and small marshmallows to the mixture.
  3. Stir everything well to combine.
  4. Refrigerate the dessert before serving.
  5. Optional: Garnish with a cherry before serving.
