- In a mixing bowl, sift the previously sifted flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut 1/3 c. butter into the mixture until the particles are fine.
- Stir in milk, egg, and yeast.
- Beat well. (Dough may now be covered with Saran Wrap and stored in refrigerator several hours OR overnight.)
