A refreshing raspberry gelatin salad with pineapple, walnuts, and vanilla ice cream, perfect for light desserts or entertaining guests with a fruity, nutty flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. vanilla ice cream
  • 3 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Empty the raspberry gelatin into a bowl.
  2. Add boiling water and stir well until dissolved.
  3. Add vanilla ice cream and stir until melted.
  4. Stir in undrained crushed pineapple, orange juice, and chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold.
  6. Chill until set.
  7. Serve as a salad or dessert.
