Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix with pudding
  • 3 cups rhubarb
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the yellow cake mix according to the package directions.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Dice the rhubarb and carefully distribute it over the cake batter.
  4. Sprinkle sugar evenly over the rhubarb without stirring.
  5. Carefully pour unwhipped whipping cream over the rhubarb and sugar mixture, avoiding stirring.
