Ingredients

  • 1 beef roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 to 5 potatoes
  • 2 carrots

Instructions

  1. Put the beef roast in a baking dish.
  2. Add pepper, cream of mushroom soup, and French onion soup over the roast.
  3. Cover the dish and bake at 350°F until the roast is tender.
  4. Add potatoes and carrots to the dish and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
