Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Mix together the melted butter, beaten eggs, salt, flour, and sugar.
  2. Add the vinegar and boiling water to the mixture.
  3. Place on heat and bring just to a boil while stirring.
  4. Cool the dressing and use immediately or store in the refrigerator.
  5. Thicken or thin the dressing with sweet or sour cream if desired.
  6. Serve on potato salad or other salads as preferred.
  7. Keep refrigerated and use within one month.
