Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar or American cheese
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Clean salmon by picking out bones and skin.
  2. Put the salmon in a greased pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese and chopped onions over the salmon.
  4. Mix milk, Bisquick, beaten eggs, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl.
  5. Pour the mixture over the salmon in the pie plate.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the pie comes out clean.
