Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken or turkey, cut up
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 cups Bisquick original or reduced-fat baking mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Mix chicken, soup, vegetables, poultry seasoning, and garlic salt in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch ungreased baking dish.
  3. Stir baking mix and milk until blended.
  4. Pour the baking mix and milk mixture over the chicken mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
  6. Bake for 30 to 32 minutes or until the crust is light golden brown.
