- Cut the round steak and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the vegetables in a rectangular shallow baking pan.
- Pour over half of the Italian dressing and marinate the vegetables.
- Bake the vegetables at 400°F for about 25 minutes until tender.
- Stir the vegetables a couple of times during baking.
- Add the meat to the pan during the last 10 to 15 minutes of baking.
- Keep about 1/4-inch of dressing in the pan while baking.
- Bake the meat separately in another pan.
- Turn the meat every 5 minutes during baking.
