Quick Shish Kebob

Juicy and flavorful shish kebabs featuring tender steak and fresh mushrooms marinated in Italian dressing, perfect for quick grilling or oven baking for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb. thick cut round steak
  • 2 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 bottle Wish-Bone Italian dressing
  • 2 bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Cut the round steak and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place the vegetables in a rectangular shallow baking pan.
  3. Pour over half of the Italian dressing and marinate the vegetables.
  4. Bake the vegetables at 400°F for about 25 minutes until tender.
  5. Stir the vegetables a couple of times during baking.
  6. Add the meat to the pan during the last 10 to 15 minutes of baking.
  7. Keep about 1/4-inch of dressing in the pan while baking.
  8. Bake the meat separately in another pan.
  9. Turn the meat every 5 minutes during baking.
