Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, cubed
  • 4 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup lemon

Instructions

  1. Blend the diced cucumber, cubed tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped mint leaves, olive oil, salt, and lemon together.
