Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 2 large cans crushed tomatoes
  • 1 large can Veg-All mixed vegetables
  • 1 (15 oz.) can corn
  • 1 (15 oz.) can french-cut green beans
  • 1 or 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 or 3 potatoes, cut in small pieces

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes and onions in a small amount of water until tender.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  3. Add all ingredients—including crushed tomatoes, Veg-All mixed vegetables, corn, green beans, cooked potatoes and onions, and ground beef—into a large pot.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes.
