"Quickie" Sauerbraten

Instructions
- Place meat in large kettle with all ingredients.
- Simmer 2 or 3 hours until meat is tender.
- Remove meat.
- Strain gravy into large bowl.
- Replace in kettle and thicken with flour and water mixture.
- Slice meat and combine with thickened gravy.
- Serve over noodles.
