Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. jelly rolls
  • 1 large vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Cut each jelly roll into 3 pieces.
  2. Line the sides and bottom of a casserole or trifle dish with the jelly roll pieces.
  3. Pour half of the vanilla pudding over the jelly roll layer.
  4. Add the remaining jelly roll pieces on top of the pudding layer.
  5. Cover with the remaining vanilla pudding.
  6. Top with whipped topping (Cool Whip).
  7. For a holiday twist, substitute egg nog for milk in the pudding.
