Instructions
- Drain steaks and cut into 1/4-inch wide strips.
- Brown strips in hot oil.
- Add mushrooms and onion soup mix.
- Heat to boiling. Put the flour into the sour cream and blend.
- Combine with first mixture.
- Cook and stir until mixture thickens.
- Sauce will be thin.
- Serve over hot noodles or rice.
