Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups cubed potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • salt to taste

Instructions
