- Combine honey, lemon juice, candied ginger, and orange peel to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the orange slices in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
- Chill the remaining fruits: blueberries, honeydew melon, strawberries, and whole strawberries.
- Drain the oranges, reserving the dressing.
- Arrange the orange slices in the bottom of a serving dish or compote.
- Top with a layer of blueberries, then a layer of cubed honeydew melon, and then halved strawberries.
- Pour the reserved dressing over the layered fruit.
- Garnish with additional whole strawberries, if desired.
