  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 pinches barbecue spice
  • 1 pinch Tony Chachere seasoning
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • pinch garlic
  • 1/2 diced or pureed onion
  • 2 tablespoons grape jelly

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot.
  2. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until flavors meld.
