Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 cup oil or melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. basil (or double if using fresh basil)

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients (rosemary, parsley, basil if using) with the oil or melted butter.
  2. Spread the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  3. Cover the pan holding the chicken breasts with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 50 to 70 minutes.
