  • 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
  • 1 can Dawn Fresh steak sauce
  • 1 can water
  • unflavored meat tenderizer

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the roast with unflavored meat tenderizer, then evenly sprinkle with dried onion soup mix.
  2. Pour Dawn Fresh steak sauce and water over the seasoned roast.
  3. Marinate the meat overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Bake the covered roast at 350°F for 3 hours until tender.
