Ingredients

  • 1 lb. stew beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tsp. oleo
  • 1 tsp. Gravy Master
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut up stew beef and onion; fry until tender in some oleo. Add water, Gravy Master, salt and pepper.
  2. Add beef bouillon cubes, soy sauce, and crushed pineapple.
  3. Add flour and water mixture to thicken the sauce.
  4. Serve on rice or mashed potatoes.
