Creamy ranch-parmesan potatoes with tender red potatoes layered with flavorful ranch dressing and Parmesan cheese, baked until golden and bubbly — perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. red potatoes, cubed
  • 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • margarine

Instructions

  1. Cook cubed potatoes until done.
  2. Layer half of the cooked potatoes in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle half of the dry Ranch dressing over the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese over the Ranch dressing.
  5. Repeat with the remaining potatoes, Ranch dressing, and Parmesan cheese to create 2 layers.
  6. Drizzle melted margarine over the top layer.
  7. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
