Ingredients

  • 1 can beef consomme soup
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 cup raw rice
  • 2 tablespoons oleo

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish.
  2. Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  3. The rice will swell and become tender during the last few minutes of baking.
