Ingredients

  • 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. skim milk
  • 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add cottage cheese and milk.
  2. Process about 45 seconds until smooth.
  3. Fold in yogurt and remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and chill thoroughly.
  5. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.
