Ingredients

  • 12 oz. fettucine
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup black olives, halved
  • 24 to 30 dried tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz. grated Feta or Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano

Instructions

  1. Soften the tomato halves using package directions; cut in strips.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet; add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add black olives, tomatoes, and oregano to the skillet.
  4. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Add grated cheese and cooked pasta; mix until blended.
  6. Serve immediately.
