Ingredients

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/4 green pepper
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 4 wedges tomato
  • 2 tablespoons Feta cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • black olives
  • croutons

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix both types of lettuce and the two cheeses.
  2. Arrange the mixed salad on salad plates and decorate with sliced cucumbers, green peppers, red onions, chopped celery, and tomato wedges to create an appealing presentation.
