Randy'S Pineapple Delight Cake
A tropical-inspired pineapple delight cake featuring layers of pineapple, apricots or peaches, and a buttery cake topping, perfect for celebrations or casual gatherings with a sweet tooth.

Instructions
- In a sheet cake pan, dump the can of crushed pineapple with juice and spread evenly.
- Add the can of apricots or peaches with juice on top of the pineapple layer.
- Sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly over the fruit mixture.
- Pour melted oleo (butter) evenly over the top of the cake mix.
- Add nuts on top if desired.
- Do not stir!
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
- Keep refrigerated after it cools.
