Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 12 oz. sugar
  • 6 oz. half and half

Instructions

  1. Mix the ricotta cheese with sugar and bake at 250°F until the top turns light brown.
  2. Pour half and half over the baked mixture and sprinkle with powdered pistachio.
  3. Chill well before serving.
