Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 2 teaspoons cumin seed
  • chili powder
  • lemon juice
  • butter
  • 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup beans, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • salt
  • white pepper powder
  • white vinegar
  • tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seed, chopped onions, cut beans, diced green pepper, and chopped carrots.
  3. Saute for a minute or two.
  4. Add the rest of the vegetables and saute again.
  5. Add salt to taste, chili powder, and a touch of tomato sauce.
