Raspberry Banana Bread

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Sift flour, baking powder and soda together.
- Set aside.
- Blend shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well.
- Add flour mixture and bananas and mix until smooth.
- Carefully fold in raspberries.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then invert on rack.
- Slice and serve with cream cheese.
