Raspberry Cheese Mold

A creamy, nutty cheese mold infused with onions and topped with sweet raspberry jam, perfect as an elegant appetizer served with crisp crackers for any special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 c. finely chopped onions
  • butter flavor crackers
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar seedless red raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded cheddar cheese, finely chopped pecans, and chopped onions.
  2. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
  3. Place the mixture in a 4-cup mold and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Unmold onto a lettuce-lined serving platter.
  5. Pour raspberry jam over the mold, or press an indentation in the center of the mold and fill with jam.
  6. Serve with crackers.
