Instructions
- Combine shredded cheddar cheese, finely chopped pecans, and chopped onions.
- Add mayonnaise and mix well.
- Place the mixture in a 4-cup mold and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Unmold onto a lettuce-lined serving platter.
- Pour raspberry jam over the mold, or press an indentation in the center of the mold and fill with jam.
- Serve with crackers.
