Raspberry Cheesecake Slice

Instructions
- Combine biscuit crumbs and butter then press into a 20x20cm removable base tin.
- Chill.
- Beat the Philly* and sugar with electric beaters until smooth.
- Add the cream, egg and lemon rind and beat until smooth.
- Pour into prepared base and top with raspberries.
- Bake at 160 degrees C for 45 minutes, or until set in the middle.
- Allow to cool, then remove from pan and cut into squares to serve.
