Raspberry Chipotle Wraps combine spicy, sweet, and savory flavors with fresh greens, chicken, and creamy cheese, perfect for a quick, flavorful lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 5 oz. pkg. spring mix greens
  • 2 Fully Cooked Seasoned Chicken Breasts
  • 3/4 c. Good to Go Raspberry Chipotle Ranch Dip
  • 2 Fresher Lasting Jumbo Avocados
  • 2 c. shredded monterrey jack cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine spring greens, chicken breasts, raspberry chipotle ranch dip, avocados, and cheese.
  2. Place 1/2 cup of chicken mixture on each tortilla and roll into a cone.
  3. Secure each wrap with a sheet of foil or plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
