Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Seven Seas Viva Italian salad dressing
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tomato
  • 8 flour or corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, pour dressing over the chicken strips, peppers, onion, garlic, and oregano.
  2. Toss lightly to coat all ingredients evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes, preferably overnight.
  4. Drain the marinated mixture.
  5. Stir-fry the chicken mixture until the chicken is browned and no longer pink.
  6. Stir in the sliced tomatoes.
  7. Fill tortillas with the chicken and vegetable mixture.
  8. Serve with salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, refried beans, and/or guacamole.
