Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk or water
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) container creamy cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Thaw raspberries and add sugar, stirring to combine.
  2. Pour milk or water into a saucepan.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin on top and let stand until softened.
  4. Melt gelatin over low heat, stirring often until dissolved.
  5. Stir the gelatin mixture into the raspberries and refrigerate until stiff.
  6. Stir often as the mixture thickens quickly.
