Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry or strawberry jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries or strawberries
  • 2 large bananas, mashed
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  2. Stir in frozen fruit, bananas, and pineapple.
  3. Take half the mixture and place it in a mold or 8 x 11-inch pan and let set.
  4. Spread sour cream over the set mixture.
  5. Pour the remaining mixture over that and let set again.
